Experience Matters

Baumgartner Attorneys PC is a general practice law firm, but concentrates in the areas of business transactions, estate planning, estate settlements, and real estate law.  Our decision to focus more closely in these areas was based on our desire to excel in a few areas rather than to dabble in many.  These areas of the law are very closely interrelated, and we believe knowledge in any one of these areas promotes a higher skill level in the other areas. The practice of law should be much more than mere document preparation.  We choose to be counseling-oriented attorneys, and our constant goal is to help our clients devise long-term plans for their lives and those of their families.
